The private, non-smoking residence is located at the end of a quiet, mature and leafy cul-de-sac, adjacent to Hamworthy Park and Beach, yet close to Poole Quay and the lower High Street, with its wide selection of Pubs, Restaurants and constantly changing scenery of marine activities.
There are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, each containing a bath, shower, bidet, bathrobes, toiletries and hairdryers. The rooms are equipped with VI-Spring king size beds, which can be prepared as large doubles or twin beds, as you wish. The rooms have colour TV, DVD/VCR, CD/Radio, tea/coffee making, fridge and complimentary sherry and fruit are provided on the harbour facing landing/lounge for the pleasure of the guests
The larger harbour suite faces south with magnificent views across Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island and the Purbeck Hills. It has its own private balcony, large luxury bathroom, settee, writing desk and a small kitchen, which can be used on a self catering continental style breakfast basis at a reduced price!
The garden room, although smaller, is of high standard and overlooks a delightful garden, stocked full of herbaceous and perennial borders. The guests taking this room are most welcome to use the landing, which has two settees, a coffee table, a mini library and the same breathtaking views as available from the harbour suite.
