Refund Policy
As a paying customer you will expect a high quality customer service. Should you discover that your advert is not running on the website you are entitled to a full refund pro-rata. Where an advert is paid for but subsequently the advert becomes redundant we will remove the advert at your request, however this does not entitle you to a refund, pro-rata or otherwise. We are not responsible for lack of interest in an advert once it goes live. Advertisers will not receive a refund due to lack of interest.
We do take the time to skim your advert for typos or misspellings, but ultimately the advertiser is responsible for the content and grammatical standing at proofing stage. All advertisers receive notification to proof their advert by email and/or post. Advertisers will not receive a refund for incorrect content. The Countryside Directory deems that payment of an advert constitutes that proofing has been completed and accepted by the advertiser.
